WE WILL SEE YOU NEXT YEAR SANTA
Trying to explain to Jaysa that Christmas is over has been somewhat difficult. She just loves Santa so much and doesn't understand when I tell her that he has to go back home till next year. One time when I tried to explain it to her she put her head in her hands and started to cry. Ha Ha it was so cute. C.J. and I actually went out and bought her a stuffed animal Santa so that she could see him all year around. For now we are just telling her that Santa will come back in a really long time.
Here is that picture we took with Santa at the Bass Pro Shop. She was still scared of him but managed to crack half a smile for the picture.

FERGUSON CHRISTMAS CARD
We didn't get to get all our Christmas cards out this year and I figure its too late now so I have decided to post our letter and card on the blog for those of you we missed. Enjoy!

FERGUSON CHRISTMAS LETTER TO SANTA

Dear Santa,

Christmas, Christmas time is near

Time for toys and time for cheer

Lots has changed since this last year

Though C.J. still wants more fishing gear

The Ferguson’s Christmas list is long

So take a seat and read along

C.J. needs new work outfits

His new job was an early gift

Recruiting for Dixie State is what he does

Bringing in kids from the Las Vegas buzz

Robin’s part time job allows travel, we’re glad

Jaysa loves being together, especially with dad

Turbo blasters would be nice to make the trip short

120,000 miles is our odometer’s report

Grandma and Grandpa are the lucky ones

We stay at their house and see them tons

Bigger clothes for Jaysa is a need

She’s growing fast just like a weed

Her baby features are no more

A big girl with big curls we love to adore

C.J. has new hobbies for which he wants toys

Triathlons, hunting and shooting guns with the boys

Finishing 4th in his latest triathlon race

A faster bike would help increase his pace

Robin would like a time machine traveler

this second baby just wiggles inside’ er

2 months till this little girl brings happy news

Paisley or Kimber, which name should we use?

Learning games for Jaysa would be really great

She’s mastered her alphabet at a fast rate

Her vocabulary has developed, she has many a phrase

Although the most common one is still “No Way!”

January will bring her 2nd birthday

Potty training is her next triumph, we pray

One final gift for the family would be

for Robin to finish her Bachelor’s degree

Homework takes her away from family duties

Only five more classes till a life of more ease

C.J. has put off his Mater’s degree as well

But hopes to start soon if Robin doesn’t fail

So hurry Christmas hurry fast.

We’ve been good but we cant last

We can hardly stand the wait

please Christmas don’t be late

This year has flown by and we are so happy to be writing you all again. C.J. is really enjoying his new job and works really hard. Robin will quit working after the baby comes to be a stay at home mom, which will be good for her because she has a lot on her plate. This last semester of hers was really hard. Psychological Statistics has been a really hard class for her to finish. She hopes the next semester will be easier because she will not be taking a break for school to have the baby. Jaysa’s always been such a happy girl and has developed quite the personality. She loves to help mom and tries to do everything on her own. She doesn’t seem to understand what is going on with Robin’s pregnancy so we are not quite sure how she will handle having a new sister. Life is great and we are so happy to be an eternal family. We hope your Christmas season is full of joy and happiness. Be safe and keep in touch.

Love,

The Ferguson’s
