STILL PREGNANT
Yes everyone, I am still pregnant. My planning has not worked at all. I am thinking was foolish to even make a plan but I could have promised you all after I got up and really started some serious activity this baby girl would be here. I even told my doctor I was planning on having her late Saturday night or Sunday. Ha ha he just smiled and laughed at me and said he would put it on his calendar. I have been off my medicine for over a week now. Saturday night I walked a mile and ran 1/2 a mile and did all the lunges and jumping squats my legs could handle and all that I gave myself was heart burn! Sunday I did a total of a 3 and a 1/2 mile walk and a mile and a 1/2 run and still nothing! Even after my longest run I felt great. No painful contractions or anything! The only slight pain I have been in is all these muscles that I haven't used because I have been on bed rest are sore. I am starting believe this is my punishment for even trying to plan my labor. I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday, which I told the lady I probably wouldn't make but of course I probably will. :( I am really hoping that the doctor will strip my membranes. That worked with Jaysa so maybe that is the key this time. Who knows though. I think the real reason I am upset that she has not come yet is because I have gotten all of my school work for the month of February done and every day I don't have her is a day I don't have off to try to get adjusted to my new life. However I am comforted in the fact that I know the Lord knows what he is doing and that his plan is much better than mine. My mom told me to look at it like the Lord is not done giving her the instructions that she needs to enter this world, which has been a really sweet thought in my mind. I just hope that its not another two weeks before she gets here!
IN THE MEANTIME
Here is what we have been doing.
Saturday was Jaysa's actual birthday.Even though we celebrated the week before I still wanted it to be a special day to we bought some little "choleget" as Jaysa says it donuts and put candels in the center of the donuts...
She almost slep through the entire Happy birthday song
Of course this was early at like 7 in the morning because our family tradition is to wake up and go garage selling and find fun things on Saturdays. Ha Ha Look how tired she looks.
She was too tired to blow out the candles so Dad and Mom had to help. She LOVED the donuts and called them cakes. She ate every single one!
When we got back from garage sales we opened a few present my family got her. Uncle Coltin made her a duck she could paint in his ceramics class. Coltin is quite the ceramics guy. He has made some pretty cool things but by far my favorite thing he has made is the owl that doesnt look like an owl at all. It looks like a pumpkin. I actually think his assignment was to make something out of five pumpkins so he did get the assignment done I cant help but laugh when I look at it. It has actually become a pretty funny joke between the two of us.
Here is Jaysa painting the duck. She absolutely LOVED this project! Thank you Coltin!
Working hard on her masterpiece
Here it is so far. I am sure we will be adding more colors later but for now she just wanted it pink and yellow.
Here's the front. Please excuse our ugly table. We had to buy this one at D.I. cause C.J. sold our other one in one of the garage sale's we had. :( I was not very happy about it cause we were still using it!
When I was about Jaysa's age my mom got me this little music jewelry box that had a ballerina on it that went around and around while music played. I LOVED it and would always go in circles trying to dance like the ballerina. So for Jaysa's birthday my mom got her a little music jewelry box. I got her on video opening the present but it ended up being too long and I couldn't upload it. Sorry Mom.
She LOVES it!
She has been carrying it around for the past few days.
Here Jaysa is playing with this kinda polly pocket pony thing we got her. She stores all the little toys to it in her new jewelry box.
GOOD MORNING!
We bought the biggest thing of blueberries I have ever seen at Costco the other day. Jaysa has always loved eating blueberries and can't ever get enough so we couldn't resist making the purchase.
Here is a video to help you understand how much she loves blueberries!
Here are some more cute videos!
This is a video of C.J. playing Jaysa's flute she got for Christmas and Jaysa dancing to his song. Has anyone ever really tried to play a song on one of these toy flutes? I have tried and can't! I can only make one annoying note but somehow C.J. is able to get all kinds of notes out of this thing. I really think it has become one of his talents.
Here is Jaysa's horrible and silly fake laugh she does all the time!
ABC'S
I have been trying to get this on camera for the last 3 or 4 months. Jaysa knows all the letters in the alphabet. I have a few videos that we go through the whole alphabet but they are too long and wont upload so I have tried to break it down into a few small videos I knew would upload. I used her little foam letters she plays with in the tub and we have lost some so we repeat a few through the videos. I also had to cute her off to make sure I didn't go over a certain amount of time cause I wanted to make sure these ones would upload.

Okay, first off thanks for the food tips for Caleb. Second off, I was laughing so hard at the flute video of Jaysa and CJ. So cute. Third off, is she baby genius or what? She knows the whole alphabet?? There are kindergarteners who don't know the whole alphabet. Impressive! Truly!
